Slap This On ("we," "us," or "our") operates the slapthison.com website and the Slap This On app within ChatGPT. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What We Collect

Order Information

When you place an order, we collect: your name, email address, shipping address, and the product details of your order. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.

Image Data

We temporarily store the artwork you choose to print so we can generate mockup previews and submit your design to our print partner for production. We do not use your artwork for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

Usage Data

We collect basic server logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and debugging. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on slapthison.com.

How We Use Your Data

• To process and fulfill your orders
• To send order confirmation and shipping notification emails
• To generate product mockup previews
• To respond to customer support inquiries

We do not sell your personal data. We do not sign you up for marketing emails from your order.

Who We Share Data With

• Stripe processes payments. They receive your payment details and email. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Printify / SwiftPOD produces and ships your order. They receive your shipping address and the print-ready artwork. See Printify's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase hosts our database and file storage. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Order records and shipping details are retained for as long as needed for order fulfillment, customer support, and legal/tax obligations. Artwork files may be retained for up to 90 days after order completion, then deleted.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

ChatGPT Integration

Slap This On operates as a ChatGPT app via the MCP (Model Context Protocol). When you use our app in ChatGPT, OpenAI sends portions of your conversation (specifically, the image and product selection) to our server to generate mockups and process orders. We do not have access to the rest of your ChatGPT conversation. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy for how ChatGPT handles your data.

Children

Our service is available to users aged 13 and older, consistent with ChatGPT's age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
