Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Slap This On ("we," "us," or "our"), including the slapthison.com website and the Slap This On app within ChatGPT. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these terms.

What We Do

Slap This On lets you place images onto physical products (t-shirts, posters, mugs) and order them for delivery. We generate a mockup preview, process your payment through Stripe, and submit your order to our print partner (Printify/SwiftPOD) for production and shipping.

Your Artwork and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images you submit. By placing an order, you grant us a limited license to use your artwork solely for the purpose of producing and delivering your order.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to use the image you submit for printing
  • The image does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity
  • The image does not contain logos, brand marks, or likenesses of real people without proper authorization
  • The image complies with OpenAI's Usage Policies

We are not responsible for verifying the originality or legality of submitted artwork. If we receive a valid takedown notice or believe an image violates these terms, we may cancel the order and refuse future orders for that design.

Prohibited Content

You may not use our service to print:

  • Content that promotes hate, violence, or terrorism
  • Sexually explicit content involving minors
  • Content promoting illegal activities or controlled substances
  • Counterfeit merchandise or unauthorized reproductions of branded goods
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or defames individuals

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe violates these restrictions.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD and include the stated shipping cost
  • Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of checkout
  • Orders are final once submitted to production
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds at our discretion

Shipping and Delivery

Products are printed on demand and typically ship within 2 to 5 business days of order placement. Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 business days for US addresses. International delivery times vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns and Refunds

Because all products are custom printed, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the mockup preview, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will issue a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Slap This On is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
